Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you wish to change the quantities in your cart then click 'View Cart', change the quantity and click 'Update' prior to check out.

We accept credit & debit cards in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

Deliveries outside the U.K. are usually delivered within 2-10 working days between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our main courier is Parcel Force (Within the UK) and GLS within Europe. Shipping is calculated by the volumetric weight of the product(s) ordered. The volumetric weight calculates how much room your order will take up in the courier’s plane/van and a price is worked out accordingly.

If you would like to see how much the delivery would cost, then please follow these steps: -
1) Add your desired items to the cart, go to checkout.
2) Select the delivery location, ”click" next and a copy of the proposed invoice will be seen with the shipping costs above the total. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately we can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

Upon dispatch you will be emailed with tracking details enabling you to track your order on the Parcel Force website www.parcelforce.com

In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement. Warranties issued by the manufacturer and ourselves concerning faulty or damaged goods do not in any way exclude the statutory rights of the customer under the Sale of Goods Act. We will in turn be responsible for the shipping costs to you if the goods are faulty during this period.

We aim to deliver goods to destinations outside the UK within 2 to 10 working days using our nominated courier once they have been dispatched by ourselves. However, we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time we quote for that item, please contact us on 01492 541300. We will endeavour to inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. We will try to ensure that you receive you order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid so long as the goods are awaiting dispatch by ourselves.

Delivery Schedule

If in stock, we aim to dispatch your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 - 10 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed giving you details of the anticipated delivery date.

Customs and Excise Precedures

Sales outside of the UK will not attract the UK VAT charge at 20%.  You may be charged tax or duty according to your local laws. These charges must be borne by you as we have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Normally, you pay these taxes to the local Postal or Delivery Service.
Under international law, you are considered to be the importer of the item and you who must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods before you order. Customs policies can vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office if you require further information.
All our international customers should note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Further, we may be required to supply details about the order to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws.
Generally, all customs forms for international packages require us to list the value of the contents of your order by product type.

Credit Card Security

The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority. We have 2 chosen Payment Service Provides - HSBC and PayPal, both are chosen due to their outstanding reputation. At the end of checkout we give you the choice which one you'd prefer to use.

PayPal and HSBC automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to their site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches Paypal or HSBC, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
