Price Promise

We carefully monitor the market to make sure that our prices are the lowest. In the unlikely event that you manage to find any of the products on our site cheaper elsewhere, we would be happy to beat that price by 5% as long as the following conditions are met:

We are asked to match the normal price of this product
i.e. it is not on sale or clearance etc. but do feel free to ask us anyway and we will see what we can do.

It is the same product?
Some items may look the same on screen but are not are worlds apart in terms of quality when you see them up close.

Is the item in stock with the competitor?
We ask that you make sure the item is physically in stock with the competitor supplier.

The retailer is a VAT registered company within the UK
The prices also need to be in UK Sterling as well. We cannot match companies outside the UK due to the complications of adding shipping, country tax, exchange rates, and customs charges. 

The item is in the same condition
We can’t price match a competitor’s damaged product with a new product of our own.

But I have seen the same product cheaper in the USA! Why can’t you match their prices?
Firstly you have to bear in mind that the US price will not include VAT. When this product arrives in the UK, VAT will be added making the item 20% more expensive. It may also be liable for Customs Duty and a re-distribution fee. You also have to bear in mind that if you are unhappy with the product you will have to send it back to the US at your own cost.
