This overlay is designed for HEMA practitioners who want to enhance the durability of their fencing masks and feel more confident during training with any type of sword. The overlay is unisize and suitable for both men and women.

It is made from black material and tied under the chin with a drawstring. The front lacing is covered with a Velcro-fastened flap. Trinity wraps around the metal shell of the mask on all sides and extends to the shoulders like a medieval hood.

The overlay is made from 350N puncture-resistant materials. It features an adjustable lacing system, allowing for a precise fit to your mask. For added aesthetics and safety, the lacing is hidden beneath a fabric flap secured with Velcro. Additionally, a built-in plastic element increases impact absorption in the throat area.At the back, special fabric “wings” provide extra cover for vulnerable spots at the occiput.

The overlay covers the front, sides, and back of the head — including the throat, shoulders, and collarbones. The collar is extended but does not restrict movement, which you'll appreciate during HEMA training. The occipital area is slightly padded for better shock absorption.

Inside, there is a layer of shock-absorbing foam, and the back panel is lined with 3D mesh to increase comfort and prevent overheating. There are also two internal Velcro strips for attaching the overlay to the mask.

The occipital overlay is a protective element that secures the back of the head and protects the area where the fencing mask ends. The occipital overlay is made of several layers of resistant fabric, a protective layer as well as three mobile plates made of super-hard plastic. The overlay has been equipped with an additional mounting point - Velcro tape, which increases the stability of protection when attached to the fencing mask.

This jacket has additional PRO overlays, so it will be perfect for harder HEMA workouts, e.g. with Feder. When you detach them, you can also practice with lighter simulators. It is intended for every lady, regardless of the level of advancement.

AP Light Plus PRO is fastened with velcro and zipper. There is a black trim at the front. Special straps are mounted on the sleeves together with PRO overlays (included in the set). This jacket has a blade catcher at the height of the larynx and a strap on the back. Like other women's jackets, the back bottom edge is finished with slits.

AP Light PRO Plus is characterized by a high level of durability and comfort of use. It is lighter than AP Plus PRO and has a slightly different design. The basic AP has a felt (recycled) filling, and the Light has 3D mesh. However, like its archetype, it has a high level of mobility. If you want to feel comfortable during training and you want to shorten the preparation time for exercise, choose AP Light Plus PRO!
