Fencing Trousers

Our HEMA Sparring Pants by Red Dragon are designed for HEMA and are constructed from a 350N rated heavy-duty cotton. They feature padded protection panels on the front of the upper thighs and a layer of padding over the knees. The level of protection on the knees can be improved by inserting our Red Dragon Knee Protectors into the Velcro fastened pockets. There are 2 adjustable straps at the waist for a comfortable fit and elasticated braces to hold them in place. They also feature 2 pockets at the back, a zipped fly and are elasticated below the knee.

For the lovers of historical sparring we created the Light Fencing Pants 350N. They are made of durable fabric which has 350N puncture resistance certificate. Their loose cut allows free movement and comfortable use. The pants may be adjusted at the belt and be perfectly fitted. The pants also have adjustable suspenders which can be removed.

Breeches specially designed for historical fencing training. Length just below the knee. Elastic ribbing at the end of the leg below the knee. Breeches have high waist and are kept in place thanks to elastic braces fastened with plastic clasps with length regulation.

"Locust" fencing pants 350N are equipped with three internal pockets on each side, at the hip, and on outer and inner part of the thigh. They may be filled with plastic foam to increase protection level of the breeches. It's easy to remove the foam for example to wash the breeches.

The trousers are also adjustable at the waist with straps on the sides.

The asymmetrical front flap by the belt is closed with three buttons, a zipper, and velcro. The trousers have a characteristic crease in front, along the entire length, and decorative golden stripes on the sides. These are inspired by the 19th-century military trousers.
